Getting started

How does MEETDISTILL work?

Upload a meeting recording, paste a Zoom/Teams/Meet link, or forward a calendar invite. We transcribe the audio, identify speakers, and generate a clean summary plus a list of action items mapped to who owns them.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation required. Everything runs in your browser. Optional: connect Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams once and we'll join your meetings automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — sign up for a free account and your first meeting is on us. After that, choose any plan starting at $9.99 with our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Files and formats

What file formats are supported?

MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG, and WebM. Video files larger than 2 GB get auto-converted to audio before transcription to keep things fast.

How long can a meeting be?

Up to 4 hours per file on standard plans, and up to 8 hours on the Vintage tier. Longer? Contact us — we've handled all-day off-sites.

Which languages do you transcribe?

Currently English (US, UK, AU, IN), Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, and Japanese — with mixed-language meetings supported on the Vintage tier.

Pricing and refunds

Is the price one-time or recurring?

Delivery and revisions

How long does delivery take?

Turnaround depends on your plan — from same-day on the Vintage tier to 5 days on the entry tier. Your plan card shows the exact ETA at checkout.

Can I request revisions?

Yes — every plan includes a set number of revisions. Open the order page in your dashboard and start a chat message describing what you'd like changed.

How do I download my deliverables?

Once your order is complete, the order page links a Google Doc with the transcript, summary, and action items. Export as PDF, DOCX, or copy to Notion in one click.

Privacy and security

Is my meeting data private?

Yes. Audio is processed and then deleted from our servers within 30 days. We never train AI models on your content. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.

Are payments secure?

All payments go through Authorize.Net with 256-bit SSL. We never store full card numbers — they're tokenized at checkout.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?
